Navy Seabee Veterans of America, Inc.
The Navy Seabee Veterans of America Inc., is a National Organization, perpetually incorporated in the State of Illinois under the “General Not For Profit Corporation Act”.
“We, the Veterans of the Naval Construction Forces and the Civil Engineer Corps of the United States Navy, who have Honorably served our Country during time of war and peace, recognizing that service to God and Country is the foundation on which our Nation was founded, do hereby rededicate ourselves to that service, and further pledge our lives and actions to preserve the fundamental ideals of American Government, which we believe are Justice, Freedom, and Equality for all.

How NSVA collects, uses, and protects your information
Authority: The Navy Seabee Veterans of America, Inc. (NSVA) collects personal information under its authority as a 501(c)(4) social welfare organization incorporated in the State of Illinois under the General Not For Profit Corporation Act.
Purpose: Personal information is collected solely for the purpose of administering membership, facilitating communication among members, processing donations, managing event registrations, and supporting the organizational mission of NSVA. This includes maintaining accurate membership records, delivering the Can Do magazine, coordinating local Island chapter activities, and processing Ships Store orders.
Routine Uses: Information you provide may be shared with NSVA national officers, department officers, and local Island chapter officers as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above. Member directories may be made available to other NSVA members for fraternal and organizational purposes. Your information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
Disclosure: Providing your personal information is voluntary. However, failure to provide required information may result in the inability to process your membership application, donation, or other requests. Financial information provided for donations or purchases is processed through secure third-party payment processors and is not stored by NSVA.
Data Retention & Security: NSVA retains personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as required by applicable law. We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
Your Rights: Members may request to review, update, or correct their personal information by contacting the NSVA National Secretary. Requests to delete personal information will be honored to the extent permitted by organizational record-keeping requirements and applicable law.
