Jeff: If I had an admin password I would be more than happy to a**t. Maybe some day I will run into one of these idiots or they will get caught and maybe I could have a few seconds of time with them. I know we will always be kids at heart but these people are not even kids. Added: March 11, 2006 |

My father Edward Kraemer was a Seabee during WWII, stationed in the south pacific. I am making my first trip to the south pacific & was looking for information. Dad is deceased but was so proud of being a Seabee--guess it's a way to connect to him. Added: March 8, 2006 |

Please note this was sent to me by others but may be of interest to some. The history of the U.S. Navy Seabees will be the subject of an hour-long TV program next month on the FOX News Channel. The program will air March 12 at 8 p.m. Eastern and 5 p.m. Pacific time on the FOX News Channel. “War Stories with Oliver North” will feature interviews with Seabee veterans from various wars and will cover Seabees from World War II through today. Rear Admiral Robert Phillips, Commander, First Naval Construction Division was also interviewed along with Seabee Museum Director Lara Godbille and Historian Gina Nichols. Various Seabees were also interviewed during the Field Exercise at Fort Hunter-Liggett in December. Added: March 7, 2006 |
